Love Is Blind season 3 release date: Latest news for Netflix show
The Netflix reality show is returning – and we may not have too much longer to wait until season 3 comes out.
It’s been a long wait for reality fans, but Netflix has finally dropped the first four episodes of Love Is Blind season 3.
The new run follows 30 singles from the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area as they prepare to marry someone they’ve never seen in the flesh.
For those unfamiliar with the concept, the show takes a new intake of singles and has them blind date one another through a wall in pods, with couples required to get engaged before they can meet one another in person.
Surprisingly, the unusual format has resulted in some success stories in previous seasons, but will there be any this year?
Well, hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey previously teased what fans can expect from season 3, with Nick telling ET: "That’s the beauty of the show is that... every season is different from the one before because we're dealing with different people in a different place.
"If you liked season 1 and season 2, you’re gonna love season 3. To me, it may be my favourite so far."
The Love is Blind hosts also teased a shocking moment at the altar for one pair in season 3.
"I literally was like, 'Whaaaat?!'" Vanessa explained. "There were some moments in the previous seasons where when they don’t work out, you see they kind of had an agreement. There are some where the person is shocked, and like when Gia went running down the street [in season 1], you’re just like, 'OK, she didn’t know.' In this season when they're at the altar and the one person does it and the other person's like, 'Say what?' And we're all like, 'Whoa, they were not on the same page.'"
